This is my 12th year teaching Health/PE at Nash Central High and 7th year as athletic director. I graduated from West Virginia Wesleyan College in 2006 with a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Education. I am married to Megan Bain, the NCPS Secondary Math Specialist, and we have 2 children, Emory and Isla.

This is my 27th year teaching. My 11th at NCHS. Previously, I was at Parker Middle, Edwards Middle, and Rocky Mount High School. I am also an assistant football coach, Assistant AD, and Boys golf coach at NCHS. I was also a long time baseball coach at RMHS.

I Graduated from Appalachian State University with a BS Degree in Physical Education and minor in History. I have been married to my lovely wife Emily for 22 years and we have 2 kids Kenly (Freshman in college) and Caleb (10th Grade).

In my free time I enjoy playing golf, traveling, and spending time with my family.

This is my 35th year teaching Physical Education and my 12th year at Nash Central High School. I also serve as the Head Football Coach. My wife Lindsay is a principal in Edgecombe County Schools. I have a daughter, Hope, who is at UNC and a son, Winston, who is a senior at Nash Central.

NCHS is where I have found my home. This is my 5th year here and my 13th year teaching healthful living along with being the Varsity volleyball coach. My journey all started at NC A&T where I received my Bachelor’s in Sports Science and played volleyball for 4 years. I continued on to receive my Masters in Education while being the all girls strength coach at NC A&T State University and assisted with football. I left the strength and conditioning world to teach Health and PE.  My passion is helping children grow and helping other adults adapt to the ever so  changing world to meet the educational needs of ALL students. I have a husband and 5 kids. 3 biological and 2 blended. I love coffee and volleyball.
